摘  要:基于分布式储能技术,提出了一种适用于全直流海上风电场电能传输场景的非隔离型高压直流(HVDC)变换器。所提储能型变换器有助于改善风电特性导致的输出功率波动,并针对分布式储能荷电状态(SOC)不均衡的问题,在实现系统级稳压控制方案和载波移相调制策略的同时,基于动态一致性算法设计了储能SOC均衡控制方案。基于Matlab/Simulink对所提拓扑及控制策略进行稳态和动态工况下的仿真分析,最后搭建了实验平台验证了储能型变换器拓扑和所提控制策略的合理性。Based on distributed energy storage technology,a non-isolated high voltage direct current(HVDC)converter suitable for power transmission scenarios in full DC offshore wind farms is proposed.The proposed energy storage converter is helpful to improve the output power fluctuation caused by the characteristics of wind power,and for the problem of unbalanced distributed energy storage state of charge(SOC),the system-level voltage regulation control scheme and carrier phase-shift modulation strategy are implemented,meanwhile the energy storage SOC balanced control scheme is designed based on dynamic consistency algorithm.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the proposed topology and control strategy are simulated and analyzed under steady-state and dynamic conditions.Finally,an experimental platform is built to verify the rationality of the energy storage converter topology and the proposed control strategy.
