摘 要:为筛选新型触杀性药剂,使红火蚁触杀性粉剂有效成分更加多样化,本文评价了噻虫胺、呋虫胺和噻虫嗪3种药剂对红火蚁工蚁的触杀毒力及毒力水平传递作用。触杀毒力测定结果表明噻虫胺、呋虫胺、噻虫嗪处理1 d对红火蚁工蚁的致死中剂量(LD50)分别为0.0019μg/头、0.0020μg/头和0.0031μg/头。毒力传递试验结果显示,当供药蚁与受药蚁比例为1∶1时噻虫胺3.365μg/mL处理1 d、1.938μg/mL处理3 d、呋虫胺6.997μg/mL处理3 d和噻虫嗪7.518μg/mL、4.481μg/mL处理2 d,供药蚁累积死亡率均接近或者达到100%。对于受药蚁,处理5 d后噻虫胺3.365μg/mL、噻虫嗪7.518μg/mL和4.481μg/mL累计死亡率均达到98%及以上,呋虫胺6.997μg/mL累积死亡率为90.37%。研究结果表明噻虫胺、呋虫胺、噻虫嗪对红火蚁工蚁触杀毒力和水平传递毒力均较优良。In order to screen new insecticides,and diversify the effective ingredients in the contact killing powder for controlling Solenopsis invicta Buren,the contact toxicity and toxicity horizontal transmission of the clothianidin,dinotefuran and thiamethoxam on red imported fire ant worker were evaluated.The re-sults of contact toxicity bioassay within 1 day showed that the median lethal doses(LD50)of the clothi-anidin,dinotefuran and thiamethoxam to the worker were 0.0019μg/ant,0.0020μg/ant,and 0.0031μg/ant,respectively.The results of the toxicity horizontal transmission tests revealed that,when the ratio of the donor ants to the recipient ants was 1:1,the cumulative mortality of the donor ants was close to or reached 100%in the treatments of clothianidin 3.365μg/mL for 1 day,1.938μg/mL for 3 days,dinotefuran 6.997μg/mL for 3 days,and thiamethoxam 7.518μg/mL and 4.481μg/mL for 2 days.For the recipient ants,treated after 5 days,the cumulative mortality had reached 98%and above in the combination of 3.365μg/mL clothianidin,7.518μg/mL and 4.481μg/mL thiamethoxam,and the mortality for 6.997μg/mL dinotefuran was 90.37%.The results indicated that clothianidin,dinotefuran and thiamethoxam had good contact toxicity and horizontal transmission toxicity against red imported fire ant worker.
