摘 要:椰心叶甲(Brontispa longissima)、水椰八角铁甲(Octodonta nipae)、海枣异胸潜甲(Javeta pallida)和Brontispa chalybeipennis是棕榈植物的重要害虫。为了准确鉴定区分这4种棕榈食叶甲虫,本文对其进行形态描述,并结合分子技术进行鉴定。4种棕榈食叶甲虫的成虫可从触角、头、前胸背板、鞘翅等外部形态特征和生殖器进行区分。DNA条形码技术可准确鉴定和区分这4种棕榈食叶甲虫,且与形态鉴定结果一致。研究结果可为这4种害虫的检疫鉴定提供参考。Brontispa longissima,Octodonta nipae,Javeta pallida,and Brontispa chalybeipennis are impor-tant pests of palm plants.To accurately distinguish and identify these four species of palm leaf-eating beetles,in this paper,the morphology of these four beetles was described and molecular techniques for i-dentification was conducted.The adults of the four species of palm leaf-eating beetles can be distin-guished by external morphological features such as antennae,head,pronotum,elytra,and genitalia.DNA bar-coding techniques could accurately identify and distinguish these four species in agreement with the mor-phological identification results.The results of the study can provide a reference for the quarantine identi-fication of these four pests.
