摘　　要：目的描述并分析3例2型糖尿病患者检出的人芽囊原虫各期虫体形态学特点、诊治经过及临床表现,为糖尿病并发人芽囊原虫感染的诊治提供经验依据。方法采集3例2型糖尿病患者静脉血,行血常规检查;用生理盐水涂片法联合涂片瑞吉染色法检查患者粪便,用光学显微镜观察虫体形态,分析鉴定虫种,描述并分析患者诊治经过及临床表现。结果3例患者经过相关检查及虫种鉴定,确诊为2型糖尿病并发人芽囊原虫感染,口服甲硝唑驱虫治疗后,患者康复出院,随访患者身体良好,未见复发。结论患有糖尿病等使人体免疫功能低下的疾病时,要警惕人芽囊原虫的感染,粪便检出人芽囊原虫可确诊。用生理盐水涂片法联合涂片瑞吉染色法检查粪便,可观察到虫体的运动情况和看清虫体内部结构,准确识别虫体形态,有效避免人芽囊原虫病的漏诊和误诊。Objective To describe and analyze the morphological characteristics of blastocystis hominis in different stages,diagnosis and treatment process,and clinical manifestations among three patients with type 2 diabetes,and to provide empirical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of blastocystis hominis infection combined with type 2 diabetes.Methods Venous blood samples of three patients with type 2 diabetes were collected and routine blood test was performed.The feces of the patients were examined by the normal saline smear combined with the St.Regis smear stain method.The morphology of the insect body was observed by the optical microscope,and the species were analyzed and identified.The diagnosis and treatment process and clinical manifestations of the patients were described and analyzed.Results The three patients were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with blastocystis hominis infection through relevant examinations and species identification.After oral metronidazole deworming treatment,the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.The patients were in good health and no recurrence was observed during follow-up.Conclusions It is necessary to be vigilant of blastocystis hominis infection when people suffer from diseases such as diabetes,which cause immune dysfunction.The diagnosis can be confirmed by detection of blastocystis hominis in stool.The movement and internal structure of the worm body can be observed by using the normal saline smear combined with the St.Louis stain method,and the morphology of the worm body can be accurately identified.Thus,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of blastocystis hominis can be effectively avoided.
