摘 要:基于耦合概念的认知,构建旅游资源—交通网络—生态环境的耦合机理框架和评价指标体系,综合采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、变异系数法和障碍度模型等研究方法,实证分析2007—2019年湘西地区旅游资源、交通网络与生态环境耦合协调发展的演化过程及主要障碍因子。研究发现:湘西地区的旅游资源、交通网络和生态环境的综合评价值总体呈上升趋势;三者间存在较强的耦合关系,耦合协调度稳步上升,但耦合协调等级整体不高,经历了“濒临失调(2007—2010年)→勉强协调(2011—2015年)→初级协调(2016—2019年)”的阶段过程;耦合协调度的空间差异格局较为稳定,呈现出敛缩趋势;铁路客运量、航空客运量、环保投资占GDP比重和新增造林面积等4项指标是3个市(州)旅游资源、交通网络与生态环境耦合协调发展共同的主要障碍因子。据此提出,应进一步推动转型升级以促进区域旅游高质量发展,优化资源配置以提升区域旅游合作水平,突破关键障碍以释放区域旅游可持续发展潜力等,以期推动湘西地区实现旅游业、交通与生态环境的协同高质量发展。Based on the cognition of coupling concept,this paper establishes the coupling mechanism framework and evaluation index system of tourism resources—traffic network—ecological environment.Then,entropy method,coupling coordination degree model,coefficient of variation method and obstacle degree model are adopted to solve the research questions.Meanwhile,the western Hunan is selected as the research area to carry out empirical research.Based on the above methods,this paper analyzes the evolution process and main obstacle factors of the coupling coordinated development of tourism resources,traffic network and ecological environment in the western Hunan from 2007 to 2019.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation values of tourism resources,traffic network and ecological environment in the western Hunan is on an upward trend.There is a strong coupling relationship among tourism resources,traffic network and ecological environment.The degree of coupling coordination among tourism resources,traffic network and ecological environment steadily increases,but the level of coupling coordination is not very high,which can be summarized as the stage process of"nearly imbalanced(2007—2010)→barely coordinated(2011—2015)→primary coordinated(2016—2019)".The spatial difference pattern of coupling coordination degree in the western Hunan is relatively stable and shows a trend of contraction.Four indicators,such as railway passenger volume,air passenger volume,the proportion of environmental protection investment in GDP and new afforestation area,are the common major obstacle factors for the coordinated development of tourism resources,transportation network and ecological environment in the three cities.Therefore,it is proposed to promote transformation and upgrading to promote high-quality development of regional tourism,optimize the allocation of resources to enhance the level of regional tourism cooperation,break through key obstacles to release the potential of sustainable development of regional tourism,so
