摘　　要：目的编制护理人员对间歇经口管饲的知信行问卷,并检验其信效度。方法基于知信行理论,在文献分析、小组讨论的基础上,通过德尔菲专家函询和预调查形成问卷。2022年10月至11月,选取浙江省6个市10家三级甲等医院的328名护理人员进行调查,测定问卷的信效度。结果形成的问卷包括知识、态度、行为3个维度,共计33个条目。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为77.316%,问卷平均内容效度指数为0.970。总问卷的Cronbach's α系数为0.969,折半信度为0.755,重测信度为0.936。结论编制的护理人员对间歇经口管饲的知信行问卷信度和效度良好,可用于护理人员对间歇经口管饲相关知识、态度和行为现况的调查。Objective To develop the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)questionnaire of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding in nursing staff,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of KAP model,the questionnaire was formed through Delphi expert consultation and pretest on the basis of literature analysis and group discussion.From October to November 2022,328 nursing staff from 10 tertiary first-class hospitals in 6 cities of Zhejiang Province were selected to conduct a survey to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The questionnaire was made up of 3 dimensions including knowledge,attitude and practice with totally 33 items.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.316%,the content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.970.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.969,the split-half reliability was 0.755 and test-retest reliability was 0.936.Conclusion The KAP questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding in nursing staff.
