摘  要:以乙烯基硅油、羟基硅油、含氢硅油为主要原料,添加铂催化剂、气相法二氧化硅、氢氧化铝、玻璃粉制得双组分液体硅橡胶泡沫。研究了烧蚀温度对硅橡胶泡沫性能和结构的影响,并探讨了其物相转变过程。结果表明,随着烧蚀温度从500℃升至900℃,硅橡胶泡沫的质量损失率从31%升至34%,体积收缩率从23%升至50%,三点弯曲强度从0.97 MPa升高到15.4 MPa,表面形貌从粗糙转变为平整,泡孔骨架由松散孔洞转变为致密结构,同时生成了高强度的共晶结构Al_(2)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4)。The two-component liquid silicone rubber foam were prepared by vinyl silicone oil,hydroxyl silicone oil,hydrogen-containing silicone oil,fumed silica,aluminium hydroxide and glass powder.The effect of ablation temperature on the properties and structure of silicone rubber foam was investigated,and the process of its physical phase transition was studied.The results show that as the ablation temperature rose from 500℃to 900℃,the mass loss of silicone rubber foam increased from 31%to 34%,the volume shrinkage increased from 23%to 50%,and the three-point bending strength of the ceramics also increased from 0.97 MPa to 15.4 MPa.Moreover,the surface morphology changed from rough to flat,and the morphology of the bubble skeleton changed from acavity to a compact structure.Al_(2)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4)with high strength eutectic structure was formed during the ablation process.
