城际间城市竞争优势与产业集聚程度的协调性探讨——以黄河流域甘肃段为例

摘　　要：在全球城市化、贸易自由化的21世纪,强化城际间经济联系强度、产业协同集聚水平对于区域城镇化提质具有现实意义。以黄河流域甘肃段9个市(州)(我国的农业主产区、经济欠发达地区之一)为研究对象,借助引力模型、产业协同集聚度指数分别测度城市竞争优势、产业协同集聚水平,检验二者的相关水平,并利用耦合协调度模型测度城市竞争优势与产业协同集聚程度的协调水平。结果表明:随着经济发展,市(州)间的经济联系水平越来越强,并随着距离的增加逐渐减弱。黄河流域甘肃段各市(州)的竞争力差异明显,竞争力增长的潜力差异较大,兰州的城市竞争力最强且竞争力的增长量最大。城市竞争力与产业协同集聚水平的协调水平存在“强者越强,弱者越弱”的马太效应。In the 21st century of global urbanization and trade liberalization,strengthening the intensity of inter-city economic ties and the level of industrial synergy and agglomeration is of practical significance for regional urbanization and quality.Taking 9 cities(prefectures)in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin(one of the main agricultural producing areas and economically underdeveloped areas in China)as the research object,with the help of gravity model and industrial collaborative agglomeration index,the competitive advantage of the city and the level of industrial collaborative agglomeration were measured,and the correlation level of the two was tested,and the coupling coordination model was used to measure the coordination level of urban competitive advantage and industrial synergy agglomeration.The results show that:With the development of the economy,the level of economic ties between cities(states)is getting stronger and stronger,and the level of economic ties between cities(states)will gradually weaken with the increase of distance.The competitiveness of cities(prefectures)in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin is obviously different,the potential for competitiveness growth of each city(state)is quite different,and Lanzhou City has the strongest urban competitiveness and the largest increase in competitiveness.There is a Matthew effect of"the stronger the stronger,the weaker the weaker"at the coordination level of urban competitiveness and industrial synergy and agglomeration.The study explores the coordination relationship between urban competitive advantage and industrial agglomeration,and analyzes the economic development characteristics of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin from a more comprehensive perspective.
