摘 要:基于2001一2019年的相关数据,采用基本面板回归模型、面板分位数回归模型及门槛效应模型对泛京津冀地区高碳产业转移的碳减排效应进行检验。研究发现:第一,总体层面上,泛京津冀地区高碳产业转移能够显著促进承接地的人均碳排放;第二,异质性分析层面上,低碳排放水平地区和高碳排放水平地区中,高碳产业转移对承接地的人均碳排放作用不显著。中等碳排放水平地区中,高碳产业转移能够显著促进承接地的人均碳排放;经济增长低水平和中水平地区中,高碳产业转移能够显著降低承接地人均碳排放量。经济增长高水平地区中,高碳产业转入能够显著促进人均碳排放。Based on the relevant data from 2001 to 2019,the basic panel regression model,panel quantile regression model and threshold effect model were used to test the carbon emission reduction effect of high-carbon industrial relocation in the pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The findings are as follows:First,at the overall level,the transfer of high-carbon industries in the pan-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can significantly promote the per capita carbon emissions of the host region;Second,from the perspective of heterogeneity analysis,in regions with low carbon emission level and regions with high carbon emission level,the transfer of high carbon industry has no significant effect on the per capita carbon emission of the host region.In the region with medium carbon emission level,the transfer of high carbon industry can significantly promote the per capita carbon emission in the region.In regions with low and medium levels of economic growth,the transfer of high-carbon industries can significantly reduce the per capita carbon emissions of the host.In regions with high levels of economic growth,the transfer of high-carbon industries can significantly promote carbon emissions per capita.
