挡雪板对拱形屋面积雪漂移堆积影响研究

摘  要:为探究不同层数挡雪板在拱形屋面上的积雪分布特性,文中采用CFD数值模拟两相流理论对拱形屋面挡雪板在风雪流漂移堆积中影响规律进行研究,假定空气相与雪相的关系为单向耦合,雪在风的作用下发生侵蚀沉积。基于FLUENT中UDF二次开发接口编程实现风剖面,湍动能等入流边界的设置。对典型高低屋盖表面积雪进行数值模拟结果验证后,开展不同布置形式的挡雪板对拱形屋面的迎风侧与背风侧积雪形态的对比分析。研究表明对称布置一层挡雪板屋面不能有效阻挡前端气流带来的大量雪颗粒,导致阻雪效果差,而过多布置挡雪板导致迎风侧积雪远高于无挡雪板屋面。在4种不同排列形式下的阻雪效果的研究中,得出的结论是当拱形屋面铺设两层挡雪板时,其阻雪效果为最优。In order to explore the distribution characteristics of accumulated snow on arched roofs with different layers of snow barriers,the influence of arched roof snow shields on drift and accumulation of wind and snow flow is studied by using CFD numerical simulation with two-phase flow theory,assumed that,the relationship between air phase and snow phase is unidirectional coupling;snow undergoes erosion and deposition under the action of wind.Based on the UDF secondary development interface programming in FLUENT,the setting of inflow boundaries such as wind profile and turbulent kinetic energy is achieved.This article first verifies the numerical simulation results of typical high and low roof surface snow,and then conducts a comparative analysis of the snow accumulation patterns on the windward and leeward sides of arched roofs with different arrangement forms of snow barriers.The results show that a symmetrical arrangement of one layer of snowboard roof cannot effectively block a large amount of snow particles brought by the front airflow,resulting in poor snow blocking effectiveness.However,excessive arrangement of snowboards leads to much higher snow accumulation on the windward side than that on roofs without snowboards.In the study of snow blocking effectiveness under four different arrangement forms,the snow blocking effect is the best when two layers of snow blocking boards are laid on arched roofs.
