摘 要:为确定适合鲁北地区的被动式节能方案,以当地某老旧办公楼为例进行实证研究。通过正交实验,以及使用BIM软件计算不同围护结构做法下的建筑能耗,对比不同的改造方案,并进行了综合评估。研究结果表明,该方案显著的降低了建筑全年能耗。适宜的围护结构改造可有效的实现鲁北地区建筑节能,为该地的被动式节能提供了可行性参考。A local old office building is studied to determine suitable passive energy-saving solutions for the northern region of Shandong.Orthogonal experiments are employed and BIM is used to calculate the building energy consumption under different envelope construction approaches.Different retrofitting options are compared and comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the solution makes a significant reduction in the building's annual energy consumption.The appropriate envelope structure retrofitting effectively achieves building energy savings in the northern Shandong region,providing feasibility reference for passive energy-saving measures in the area.
