富水砂卵石地层近水平冻结孔打钻技术研究

摘  要:为解决北京地区富水砂卵石地层近水平冻结孔打钻效率低、偏斜控制差、冻结管断裂、灯光测斜难使用的技术问题,文中以北京地铁12号线长-苏区间联络通道工程为例,来探索适合富水砂卵石地层的近水平孔保压钻进新装备与技术,包括对PDC钻头优化、导阻器研发、新型孔口密封装置、钻机定向纠偏仪、近水平孔的陀螺测斜仪测量技术研究,形成了一套冻结孔施工工艺。工程采用的冻结孔施工新工艺,也成功解决富水砂卵石地层中冻结孔打钻难题,可为相似工程施工提供技术参考。Low drilling efficiency,poor deflection control,freezing pipe breakage,and difficult use of light obliquity measurement exist in near-horizontal freezing holes in water-rich sandy pebble strata in Beijing.Taking a practical project as the case,new equipment and technology for pressure-holding drilling in near-horizontal holes suitable are investigated,including the optimization of PDC bit,the development of guide stopper,new type of hole sealing device,drilling rig directional deflector,gyroscope measurement technology for near horizontal holes,and the formation of a set of freeze hole construction technology.The application of above new technologies for freeze hole construction successfully solves the problem of freeze hole drilling in water-rich sand and pebble strata,providing technical reference for similar projects.
