摘 要:新疆由于河流较少,天然建筑材料受限,较好地利用风积砂资源十分必要。文章对新疆伊犁地区图开沙漠风积砂结合天然骨料配置的高强度混凝土,通过正交设计,分析了不同水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率、风积砂掺量对风积砂高强混凝土强度的影响,在正交试验的基础上,通过单一变量因素试验、理论推算细度模数等方法进一步研究了不同含量风积砂对混凝土强度影响规律。研究结果表明:在高强混凝土配制中掺拌合适比例的风积砂是可行有效的。Due to the scarcity of rivers and limited availability of natural building materials in Xinjiang,it is essential to make better use of aeolian sand resources.In this paper,the influence of different water-cement ratio,fly ash content,sand rate and aeolian sand content on the strength of high-strength concrete with aeolian sand is analyzed through orthogonal design for the high-strength concrete with aeolian sand combined with natural aggregate in Tukai Desert in Xinjiang Yili area.On the basis of orthogonal test,the influence law of different contents of aeolian sand on concrete strength is further studied by single variable factor test and theoretical calculation of fineness modulus.The research results show that mixing an appropriate proportion of aeolian sand in the preparation of high-strength concrete is feasible and effective.
