摘 要:目的:以皱皮木瓜、海棠和红叶碧桃3种常见开红色花的植物为例,获取最佳红色花植物浸渍标本的制作方法,以期在观察植物形态特征时能够呈现较高的立体感和即视感,为科学研究、教学陈列和艺术欣赏等工作提供一定的便利。方法:分别采用5种不同的浸渍配方处理对开红色花的皱皮木瓜、海棠和红叶碧桃3种植物进行浸渍标本制作方法的研究。对保存一定时间后浸渍标本花色及保存液颜色的变化进行分析。结果:在5种不同配方处理中,以2%甲醛+2%硼酸+96%蒸馏水制成的固定液进行植物标本固定,以0.25%亚硫酸溶液+0.1%甘油+99.65%蒸馏水制成的保存液进行标本保存,能够较好地维持原植物性状,即红色花植物花萼颜色为深红色,花颜色为粉红或紫红色,且保存液呈无色、透明状态,表明此配方能长时间保持植物红色花原有的颜色,且整个标本不易褪色和褐变。结论:试验所得的固定液和保存液配方可用于红色花植物标本原色的长期保存,为今后进行红色花植物浸渍标本的制作方法提供参考依据。Objective:Taking three common red-flowered plants as examples,namely,Chaenomeles spe-ciosa(Sweet)Nakai,Malus halliana Koehne and Prunus persica'Atropurpurea',we obtained the produc‐tion method of the best red-flowered plant dip specimens,with a view to presenting a higher three-di‐mensional sense and sense of immediacy when observing the morphological characteristics of the plants,providing certain convenience for scientific research,teaching display and art appreciation.Methods:Five different treatments of impregnated specimens were applied to investigate the impregnated speci‐mens production method of the three kinds of red-flowered plants including Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai,Malus halliana Koehne and Prunus persica'Atropurpurea'.Meanwhile,analysis with re‐gard to the variations in the floral appearance of the macerated specimens and the preservative solution,which have been preserved for a reasonable period of time,were also carried out.Results:Among the five different formulation treatment,the one,in which the fixation of plant specimens with fixative was made of 2%formaldehyde+2%boric acid+96%distilled water,and the preservation of specimens with preservation solution was made of 0.25%sulphite solution+0.1%glycerol+99.65%distilled water,was able to maintain the original plant traits to a high degree,the calyx color of the red-flowered plants was crimson,the color of the flowers was pink or purplish red,and the preservation solution was colorless and transparent.It shows that this formula can keep the original color of the red flower for a long time,and the whole specimen is not easy to fade and brown.Conclusion:The formulas of fixing solution and preserving solution obtained by the experiment can be used for long-term preservation of the primary color of the red-flowered plant specimens,and provide reference for the production method of red flower plant im‐pregnated specimens in the future.
