摘 要:目的:探索影响仙茅有效成分含量的关键土壤因子。方法:以20个不同居群野生仙茅为材料,对根茎中的仙茅苷、总黄酮和总多酚含量及其11个土壤指标进行测定,应用聚类分析法、灰色关联度分析法和Pearson相关性方法分析影响仙茅有效成分含量的关键土壤因子。结果:不同居群间的仙茅有效成分和土壤因子含量存在显著差异。仙茅生长土壤中有机质、全氮、碱解氮和缓效钾含量丰度较高;全磷、全钾含量丰度中等;有效磷、速效钾含量丰度较低。聚类分析显示,20个不同居群野生仙茅的土壤聚为三大类。灰色关联度分析表明海拔、pH、速效钾、全钾、全磷和交换性钙是影响仙茅有效成分的土壤因子。相关性分析表明仙茅有效成分与全钾、海拔呈正相关,与全磷、有机质、交换性钙呈负相关。结论:生产实践中应重视生态因子和土壤环境对仙茅药材质量的影响,种植过程中可通过适当控制有机质、全磷和交换性钙的含量以及合理增施钾肥等措施促进仙茅有效成分的形成和积累,本研究为仙茅科学种植、品质提升和药用价值保护提供了理论依据。Objective:This study aimed to detect the correlation between the active componets of Curculi-go orchioides and the soil factors.Methods:Using 20 different wild populations of C.orchioides as materi‐als,the contents of curculigoside,total flavonoids and total polyphenol in rhizomes together with the 11 parameters of the soils were measured.The key factors affecting the contents of active components of C.or-chioides were speculated by cluster analysis,pearson correlation analysis and grey relation analysis.Re‐sults:There were significant differences in the contents of effective components and soil factors among dif‐ferent populations.The abundance of organic matter,total nitrogen,hydrolyzable nitrogen and slowly available potassium was higher,the abundance of total phosphorus and total potassium was medium,and the abundance of available phosphorus and available potassium was lower in the soil of C.orchioides.The 20 wild populations were divided into 3 categories according to cluster analysis.Grey relation analysis re‐sults showed that the main factors affecting the contents of active components were altitude,pH,soil available potassium,total phosphorus,total potassium and exchangeable calcium.And positive correla‐tions were found between the active component content and soil total potassium and altitude,while nega‐tive correlations were found between the active component content and the organic matter,soil total phos‐phorus and exchangeable calcium in pearson correlation analysis.Therefore,in the production practice,we should pay attention to the influence of ecological factors and soil environment on the quality of C.or-chioides.Conclusion:The content of organic matter,total phosphorus and exchangeable calcium can be appropriately controlled,and potassium fertilizer can be reasonably applied to promote the formation and accumulation of effective components of C.orchioides,so as to provide theoretical basis for scientific planting,quality improvement and medicinal value protection of C.orchioides.
