摘　　要：中国正加快构建以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系,目前已建自然保护地9000多处,类型丰富、功能多样,如何提高自然保护地的管理有效性对未来自然保护地体系建设十分重要。通过梳理国内外自然保护地管理有效性综合评价相关指标和研究方法,以28个典型大熊猫自然保护地为例,实地调研获取数据,构建评价指标体系,对大熊猫自然保护地管理有效性进行了综合评价,结果发现:卧龙、佛坪、唐家河、王朗、雪宝顶、白水江等管理有效性较高,瓦屋山、黑竹沟、尖山等管理有效性相对较低,影响自然保护地管理有效性的主要因素有保护资金的投入使用效率、专业技术人员的配备、社区的宣传教育工作等,未来的保护管理中应着重关注以上方面,提高保护管理水平,保障区域生态安全,推动区域高质量发展。China is accelerating the construction of a natural reserve system with national parks as the main body.At present,more than 9000 nature reserves have been built,with diverse types and functions.How to improve the management effectiveness of natural re-serves is crucial for the construction of management systems.This article summarizes the research methods for the comprehensive evaluation of natural reserves both domestically and internationally.Taking 28 typical giant panda nature reserves as examples,data was obtained through on-site research.Based on the perspective of managers,an evaluation index system was constructed to comprehensively evaluate the management effectiveness of giant panda natural reserves.The research results found that the management effectiveness of Wolong,Foping,Tangjiahe,Wang Lang,Xuebaoding,and Baishuijiang is relatively high,while the management effectiveness of Wawushan,Heizhugou,and Jianshan is relatively low.The main factors affecting the effectiveness of natural reserve management include the effi ciency of investment and utilization of conservation funds,the allocation of profession-al and technical personnel,and community publicity and education work.In future protection management,emphasis should be placed on the above aspects to improve management effectiveness and promote high-quality regional development.
