摘　　要：人才培养与学术共识是海外民族志发展的一体两面,贯穿学术范式革新的实践过程。作为21世纪革新中国社会科学的路径之一,海外民族志通过拓展中国人类学的研究对象和视野,培育了从事海外社会经验研究的基本力量,可以为区域国别学提供扎根世界各地的人才、实地调查的规范与方法、整体论的理念和民族志范例。在新文科建设背景下,由海外民族志培育的新型人才将促使区域国别研究成为能够扎根“社会”的一门综合性社会科学。Talent cultivation and academic consensus are two crucial aspects of the development of overseas ethnography,which permeate the process of innovations in academic paradigms.As one of the approaches to innovating Chinese social sciences in the 21st century,overseas ethnography,through expanding the research scope and perspectives of Chinese anthropology,has played a pivotal role in fostering the foundational forces for doing empirical studies on overseas societies.It has provided Area Studies with talents rooted in diverse places across the globe,norms and methods of fieldwork,the concept of holism,and ethnographic paradigms.Against the backdrop of constructing New Liberal Arts,the new talent cultivated within overseas ethnography will facilitate the transformation of Area Studies into a comprehensive social science discipline deeply rooted in“society”.
