摘  要:为平衡保密与共享的矛盾,现主要采用脱密技术实现矢量地理数据在安全保护前提下的共享,其中,常利用非线性变换方法进行几何精度脱密,而在地理空间数据中嵌入数字指纹,可达到版权保护的目的,但会对空间数据造成一定误差。该文提出一种可溯源的矢量地理数据脱密算法,利用可控误差的数字指纹嵌入,实现对矢量地理数据进行几何精度脱密和版权保护的双重目的,脱密后数据能保持较好的图形形态及空间关系,且可用性较强,实现了脱密数据在使用时的版权保护,可为“合理保密,充分使用”的矢量地理数据共享需求提供支撑。To balance the contradiction between data confidentiality and sharing,declassification technology is mainly used to achieve shared access to vector geographic data under the premise of robust security measures.Among the existing techniques for geometric accuracy declassification,nonlinear transformations have gained widespread adoption to render data suitable for public use.One notable method entails embedding digital fingerprints within geographic spatial data,thereby achieving copyright protection goals alongside introducing certain delicate errors into the geographic spatial data.Building upon this core idea,this paper introduces a novel traceable declassification method tailored to vector geographic data.By incorporating controllable error digital fingerprints,this method effectively achieves both objectives of geometric accuracy declassification and copyright protection.The experimental results are shown as follows.①The proposed method successfully accomplishes geometric accuracy declassification,resulting in the declassification data that preserves satisfactory graphic shape and spatial relationships with commendable usability.②The copyright protection of declassification data during usage is effectively attained,providing crucial support for the aspiration for"reasonable confidentiality and full use"in the sharing of vector geographic data.
