中欧科技—经贸合作网络的共同演化分析——基于电气工程领域的实证研究

摘  要:百年未有之大变局背景下,中欧携手加强科技与经贸合作事关人类命运共同体构建。该文以中国和欧洲国家为研究对象,以国际科技贸易竞争的核心领域——电气工程领域为例,利用WOS核心集合论文合作数据和EPS平台世界贸易数据,构建中国和欧洲各国科技合作和经贸合作矩阵,采用社会网络分析等方法,借助共同演化指数探究中国与欧洲国家在科技与经贸两个网络中空间结构、等级结构的共同演化特征。结果表明:①电气工程领域的科技、经贸网络分别经历了“西强东弱”到“东西突出、中间凹陷”及“中间突出、四周凹陷”到“中间低、四周高”的空间格局变化;等级结构上,科技、经贸网络均存在明显的“核心—边缘”结构,且近年来核心国家数量明显减少,核心、边缘国家间差异增大。②科技和经贸网络间存在强烈的相互依赖关系,两个网络凝聚子群匹配的国家从2003年的中欧、南欧少数小国扩展到2018年的中国及大部分西欧、中东欧国家,整体上呈现出东拓、西延、南下、北上的空间态势,共同演化指数逐年增长,共同演化特征显著。Based on WOS core collection papers and world trade data of the EPS platform,this paper constructs science and technology cooperation and trade cooperation matrices between China and Europe in the field of electrical engineering,which is the core area of international science and trade competition.The core-edge analysis and social network analysis are adopted to explore the common evolutionary characteristics of the spatial and hierarchical structures of the science-technology and trade networks between China and Europe.The main results are as follows.①The cooperation networks of science-technology and trade in the field of electrical engineering have experienced spatial pattern changes from"strong in the west and weak in the east"to"prominent in the east and west,depressed in the middle"and"prominent in the middle and depressed in the surroundings"to"weak in the middle and strong in the surroundings"respectively.In terms of hierarchy,both of them show obvious core-edge structure,and the number of core countries has decreased significantly in recent years,and the differences between core and edge countries have increased.②There is a strong interdependence between science-technology and trade networks.The countries matched by the cohesive subgroups of the two networks have expanded from a few small countries in Central and Southern Europe in 2003 to China and most Western,Central and Eastern European countries in 2018,showing an overall spatial trend of eastward expansion,westward extension,southward and northward expansion,with a yearly increase in the coevolution index and significant co-evolutionary features.
