摘 要:薄壁不锈钢内衬修复技术,是新兴的给水管道非开挖修复方法,广泛运用于给水管道修复。不锈钢内衬壁厚较薄,容易在外压或内部负压下屈曲破坏,因此,设计内置钢支撑环以增强屈曲稳定性。但是,对于带钢支撑环的不锈钢屈曲稳定性分析,仍然处于空白。考虑到支撑环的加劲作用,选取Mises公式、赖-范法两种较常见的加劲环钢管外压屈曲公式,推算出各自的理论值,通过对试验结果的比对,讨论这两种方法适用性。初步认为,Mises法计算结果小于试验值,没有考虑外部钢管对不锈钢内衬屈曲稳定性的增强作用;赖-范法计算结果大于试验值,因为其边界条件更为严格。Thin-walled stainless steel lining repair technology is an emerging trenchless repair method for water supply pipelines,which is widely used in water supply pipeline repair.The stainless steel lining has a thin wall thickness and is easy to buckle and fail under external pressure or internal negative pressure,so a built-in steel support ring is designed to enhance buckling stability.However,the buckling stability analysis of stainless steel with steel support rings is still blank.Considering the stiffening effect of the support ring,the theoretical values of the external pressure buckling formulas of the two more common stiffener ring steel pipes are mainly selected from the Mises formula and the Lai-Van method,and the applicability of these two methods is discussed by comparing the test results.It is preliminarily believed that the calculation result of the Mises method is less than the experimental value,and the enhancement effect of the external steel pipe on the buckling stability of the stainless steel lining is not considered.The Lai-paradigm method is calculated more than the experimental value because its boundary conditions are more stringent.
