摘　　要：分析了全球汽车行业的现状和发展趋势,阐述了精密钢管在汽车中的应用及特点。介绍了国内外部分知名汽车用精密钢管生产企业的产品规格、生产工艺和技术特点。分析认为:小直径厚壁精密焊管是汽车用管未来的发展方向,应突破设备能力和工艺技术配套等因素的制约,实现汽车用小直径厚壁精密焊管的国产化发展。Analyzed here in the paper are the present situation and development trend of the global automotive industry,and also elaborated are the application of the precision steel tube to the automobile and relevant features.The international famous companies as engaged in the auto-serviced precision steel tube are described,focusing on studies of the tube size,the processes and the technical features.It is regarded via the analysis that the future development of the auto-serviced precision steel tube will aim at the production of the small-sized,heavy-walled HFW tube,and that the restriction as caused by such factors as the equipment capacity and process technology coordination should be broken through so as to realize the localization development of the auto-serviced small-sized,heavy-wall precision weld tube.
