摘　　要：根据某输气管道工程的需要,某公司研制了超大厚径比L290M钢级Φ610 mm×18 mm规格螺旋缝埋弧焊管。介绍了试制该超大厚径比螺旋缝埋弧焊管过程中遇到的成型和焊接难点以及如何进行相应调整和有效控制。分析了该超大厚径比螺旋缝埋弧焊管的理化性能、焊接质量等。检测结果表明,该规格螺旋缝埋弧焊管的各项技术指标均符合相关技术条件的要求。According to the need of a certain gas transmission pipeline project,aΦ610 mm×18 mm L290M SAWH pipe with ultra large SDR is researched and developed by a certain domestic company.Described here in the paper are the difficulties as concerned with the formation and welding operations which are encountered during the trial production process of the said SAWH pipe,and relevant adjustment and control measures as taken.Also analyzed are the physiochemical properties,the welding quality and the welding difficulties,etc.of the pipe.The results of the tests and inspections as made to the pipe show that all the technical indexes of the pipe are up to the applicable technical requirements.
