摘  要:在BG27CrMoV非开挖地质钻探管管体上发现一条横向裂纹。简要分析失效管的使用工况,以及失效管的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能、腐蚀产物成分等。分析认为:该失效管的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能等均无异常,结合失效钻杆使用的环境及腐蚀产物中含有的FeS分析,该失效管上的横向裂纹属于硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。A crack is found with the BG27CrMoV trenchless geological drill pipe.Briefly analyzed are the main aspects of the said failure drill pipe,including the operation conditions,the chemical composition,the metallographic structure,the mechanical properties,and the composition of the corrosion products,etc.It is regarded via the analysis that the crack has nothing to do with the chemical composition,the metallographic structure and the mechanical properties of the failure drill pipe which are all normal.The analysis of the operation conditions and the corrosion products of the drill pipe reveals the existence of FeS in the later,which leads to such a conclusion that the crack of the failure drill pipe is caused by the SCC effect.
