浅谈苏州博物馆西馆项目供配电设计

摘　　要：文章主要分析苏州博物馆西馆项目的高低压供配电系统。根据国家规范及博物馆方需求,项目中的库房、安保等部分的用电负荷,属于一级负荷中的特别重要负荷,不允许中断供电,此类部分的电源需要来自有保证、有保障,有保险的供电系统。所以,该项目的高压供电方案需要根据苏州市高新区的市政供电条件,以及项目所属的狮山文化发展广场配套的能源中心供电情况,进行分析与设计,最终在成本预算范围内得到一个实际可行的供配电方案。通过合理的规划,该方案做到了既符合规范要求的两个市政双重电源进线及一个应急保安电源,又依靠专用的保电车实现馆方所需的第四路电源,作为后备保障电源。项目中的低压配电系统除了满足规范要求,还满足了藏品库房、智能化安保、厨房与餐厅、太阳能光伏、公共区域内装、苏作馆内装、通史馆内装、探索馆内装、数字馆内装、景观、泛光等多家深化单位的的定制化需求,在可控范围内达到了馆方在数字化科技方面的高用电标准。The theme of this thesis is the analysis of the HV supplies and LV distributions about The West Pavilion of the Suzhou Museum.According to the related national standards and the requirements of the clients,the power loads of the cultural relic storehouses and the security system in this project are the most important power loads in the field of the a-class loads,and power failure is solution.Therefore,the power supplies of these important power loads should be absolutely guaranteed.Furthermore,the solution of the power supply in this project should be based on the municipal power supply and the public energy center of this district.According to the related analyses and comprehensive considerations,there would be a realistic and reasonable proposal which meets the requirements and the national codes.There would be four power supplies,including two independent high power supplies,the diesel generator and a mobile power generator.Moreover,the solution of the LV distributions meets the related national standards and is modified with the cooperation of several different design teams,in the process of the project.According to the requirements of the users,this solution also meets the demand about a large amount of electricity consumption in the field of digital technology,within the controllable range.
