摘　　要：黄金湾科创园一期连体塔楼为超限结构,存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、尺寸突变、构件间断、穿层柱、复杂连接等多项不规则,属于具有一定复杂性的超限高层建筑。建筑竖向交通核布置在分塔平面角部带来扭转不利,采用上、下两道强连接提高结构抗扭能力,主体结构采用框架-剪力墙结构,连接体结构采用了空腹桁架。通过对整体结构进行小震弹性分析、大震弹塑性时程分析和性能化设计,并针对子结构进行了包括防连续倒塌、温度应力、舒适度等专项分析,验证了结构体系的安全合理性。The connective tower of Golden Bay Science and Technology Innovation Park Phase I was a complex high-rise building with many irregularities,such as twisting irregularity,eccentric arrangement,dimensional mutation,component discontinuity,cross-layer columns and complex connection.The vertical traffic core of the building was located in the corner of the single tower,which led to unfavorable torsion.Then the strong connection of upper and lower channels were adopted to improve the torsional resistance of the structure.The frame-shearwall structure was adopted for the tower structure,and the vierendeel truss structure was adopted for the connective structures.The safety rationality of the structural system was verified by the normal earthquake elastic analysis,performance-based design,and special analysis including continuous collapsion prevention analysis,temperature stress analysis,comfort analysis and so on.
