地下室上浮导致结构裂缝的特征及影响分析

摘　　要：某施工中的地下车库,尚未完成上部覆土,施工中遭遇长时间大雨,加之降水作业出现异常,导致结构上浮,造成框架梁柱构件损伤。文章通过现场对结构构件施工质量、损伤及变形情况的详细检测,结合结构抗浮计算,对框架梁柱构件损伤原因进行了分析,并对结构安全性影响进行了鉴定,为今后分析处理此类车库结构上浮损伤问题提供工程参考。An underground garage under construction has not yet completed its upper soil covering.During construction,it encountered a long period of heavy rain,coupled with abnormal precipitation operations,resulting in the structure floating upward,causing damage to the frame beam and column components.Through detailed on-site inspection of the construction quality,damage,and deformation of structural components,combined with structural anti floating calculations,this article analyzes the causes of damage to frame beam and column components,and identifies the impact of structural safety,providing engineering reference for future analysis and treatment of such garage structure floating damage issues.
