需要层次理论在大学生思想政治教育中的运用研究

摘　　要：对于大学生思想政治教育而言,掌握大学生的现实需求和满足实际需要在教育教学中是非常关键的。需要层次理论根据人发展过程的不同需求将人的需要划分为生理需要、安全需要、社交需要、尊重需要和自我实现需要,该理论注重以人为本,看重人的自我价值实现的特点与高校思想政治教育相契合,将需要层次理论应用于思想政治教育工作中,能够更好地指导思想政治教育工作和帮助学生实现自由全面的发展。For the ideological and political education of college students,it is very crucial to grasp the real needs of college students and meet the actual needs in education and teaching.The hierarchy of needs theory divides human needs into physiological needs,security needs,social needs,respect needs and self-actualization needs,according to the different needs of human development process.The theory focuses on people-oriented and values the realization of human self-worth,which is in line with the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Applying the theory of hierarchy of needs to the ideological and political education work can better guide the ideological and political education work and help students achieve free and comprehensive development.
