摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病行PCI术后患者运动恐惧现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:随机选取济南市某三甲医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的冠心病行PCI术后患者312例,采用患者一般资料调查表和心脏病患者运动恐惧量表对纳入对象进行调查研究。结果:312例患者的运动恐惧得分为(51.23±15.87)分。经多元线性回归显示,年龄、学历水平、是否患有慢病、病程和住院次数为冠心病行PCI术后患者运动恐惧的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:312例患者的运动恐惧程度处于中等偏上水平,恐惧程度较高。护理人员应根据患者运动恐惧影响因素制定护理对策,以指导患者更好地进行自身运动健康管理。Objective:To investigate the current status of kinematic fear in patients undergoing PCI in coronary heart disease and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 312 patients with PCI for coronary heart disease admitted to a certaintertiary hospital in Jinan from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected,and the patient general information questionnaire and the Fear of Movement Fear Scale for Heart Disease Patients were used to investigate and study the included subjects.Results:The motor phobia score of 312 patients was(51.23±15.87).Multiple linear regression showed that age,education level,chronic disease,course and hospitalization were the influencing factors of kinesophobia in patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of motor phobia in 312 patients was at the upper moderate level,and the degree of fear was high.It is suggested that nursing staff should formulate nursing countermeasures according to the factors affecting the patient’s movement fear to ensure that patients can better manage their own sports health.
