摘 要:城市轨道交通车辆目前存在服役工况与设计工况不完全一致、车辆服役性能与预期不一致的情况,因此超大城市轨道交通智慧运维对车辆车体、走行部关键承载部件的服役安全提出了新要求。研制基于断裂力学的边缘计算在线监测系统,分析包含车辆结构无损检测、车辆结构强度分析、边缘计算在线监测以及断裂力学材料试验在内的技术框架。基于实际应用需求,介绍系统设计、系统部署与应用,并以某地铁的服役安全评估为例,分析系统对车辆故障预测和健康管理起到的重要作用。车辆结构边缘计算在线监测技术可为车辆结构全生命周期的维护、保养和延寿提供数据支撑。At present,for urban rail transit vehicles,the service conditions are not completely consistent with the design conditions,and the service performance is not aligned with the expectations.Therefore,this creates new demands for the intelligent O&M of megacities rail transit in terms of the service safety of key bearing components of vehicle body and running gear.This paper aims to develop an edge computing online monitoring system based on fracture mechanics,analyzing the technical framework including vehicle structure nondestructive testing,vehicle structure strength analysis,edge computing online monitoring and fracture mechanics material test.Based on the actual application requirements,this paper introduces the system design,system deployment and application,and analyzes the important role of the system in vehicle fault prediction and health management by taking the service safety assessment of a metro as an example.The edge computing online monitoring technology for vehicle structure can provide data support for the maintenance,service and life extension of vehicle structures during the full life cycle.
