高铁站房工程BIM实施标准及在长沙西站建设中的应用

摘　　要：高铁站房工程领域尚没有一套成熟的BIM标准体系。对基于网格空间的基础编码标准、交付标准、协同标准进行研究,形成铁路站房工程BIM实施标准。研究成果对长沙西站进行BIM施工进度管控、BIM族库管理、模型轻量化协同管理等BIM标准应用实践,取得良好效益,一定程度上推动BIM实施标准的进一步落地。A set of mature BIM standard system is not yet available in the field of HSR station building works.The basic coding standards,delivery standards and collaborative standards based on grid space are studied to form a BIM implementation standard for railway station building works.The research results have been used to carry out BIM standard application practices such as BIM construction progress control,BIM family library management and model lightweight collaborative management for Changshaxi Station,which has achieved good benefits and promoted the further implementation of BIM implementation standards to a certain extent.
