摘 要:负离子发生器发射出的负离子具有净化空气的优良特性,在空调上应用越来越广泛。负离子发生器发射出的负离子在空调室内机部件上累积,当负离子累积电压达到一定程度时,对无刷直流电机芯片过电损伤带来极大隐患。以一款自带负离子发生器的健康空调为研究对象,基于结构对比法,找出负离子发生器安装在进风口处是造成电机芯片不良异常的根本原因。通过负离子对电机的放电激发实验,识别出负离子累积电压是通过轴伸端传入,从而损伤芯片,建立了负离子累积电压从轴—转子矽钢片—磁瓦到芯片引脚的放电路径。建立负离子对电机芯片影响评价方法,在新品开发时,评估负离子累积电压对无刷直流电机芯片的损伤风险。Anion generators are increasingly widely used in air conditioning due to their excellent characteristics of purifying air by emitting anion.Anion accumulate on the inner unit components of the air conditioner,and when the accumulated voltage reaches a certain level,it poses a great risk of damage to the brushless DC motor chip.Taking a"healthy air conditioner"with anion generator as the research object,based on the structural comparison,it was found that the root cause of poor and abnormal motor chips was anion generators position.Through the discharge excitation test of anion on the motor,it was explored that accumulated anion voltage was transmit to the motor through the shaft extension to damage the chip.A discharge path of anion accumulation voltage was established through the shaft-rotor silicon steel-magnet-chip pin.Establish an evaluation method of the impact for anion to motor chips,which can effectively identify the risks of anion to brushless DC motor chips for new product development.
