摘 要:针对某特殊结构电机低温带载能力明显下降问题,梳理各方面影响因素,基于电机不同材料的温度属性,运用有限元仿真分析,确定了网格属性和边界条件,建立了电机有限元模型。基于有限元模型,分析计算影响电机低温阻力矩结构件在不同温度下配合间隙的形变情况,根据仿真结果优化了结构件的配合间隙量值。实验结果验证了仿真分析及优化方案的可靠性,解决了电机低温带载能力明显下降的技术难题。According to the phenomenon that loading capacity visibly decline at low temperature of motor with a special construction,the various factors were sorted out.Based on temperature attributes of different materials forms motor,finite element simulation analysis was used to set up mesh attributes and boundary conditions hence build a finite element model.The model was applied to analysis fit clearance deformation of low-temperature-drag-torque-components at different temperature.The magnitude of fit clearance was optimized according to the simulation result.Simulation result and optimize design was verified by experiment,resolved the technical challenge of loading capacity dramatic decline at low temperature.
