摘  要:以安徽阜阳栽植的42个芍药品种为实验材料,选取9个代表性表型性状进行田间调查,采用欧氏距离计算品种间的遗传距离,并用类平均法进行聚类分析。聚类结果显示,42种供试芍药品种来源复杂,在遗传距离为20处取一结合线将供试芍药品种分为五大类群,第Ⅰ类:名人、X227、珊瑚魅力、X135、89、玲珑玉、圣诞紫、胭脂点玉、朱砂判、奇花露霜、紫绣球、礼红、X113、X120、X139、X308、变幻莫测、X225、X207、X187;第Ⅱ类:欧文斯上校、美国小姐;第Ⅲ类:X235、X219、129、X134、高秆紫、86、湖水荡霞、X144;第Ⅳ类:182、X290;第Ⅴ类:萝蕾莱、X174、195、282、柠檬莎、赵园粉、金大红、X273、皮特布朗、神圣之灵。该结果可为杂交育种亲本选配提供理论依据。42 peony varieties planted in Fuyang,Anhui Province were used as experimental materials,9 representative phenotypic traits were selected for field investigation,the genetic distance between varieties was calculated by Euclidean distance,and the cluster analysis was carried out by class average method.The clustering results showed that the sources of 42 tested Paeonia lactiflora varieties were complex.Taking a binding line at the genetic distance of 20,the tested Paeonia lactiflora varieties were divided into five groups.The Group Ⅰ:celebrity,x227,coral charm,x135,89,Linglong jade,Christmas purple,rouge point jade,vermilion,strange flower dew cream,purple Hydrangea,Lihong,x113,X120,x139,x308,unpredictable,X225,x207 and x187;Group Ⅱ:Colonel Owens,Miss America;Group Ⅲ:X235,x219,129,x134,tall stalk purple,86,lake water Dangxia,x144;Group Ⅳ:182,x290;Group Ⅴ:Lorelei,X174,195,282,lemongsha,Zhaoyuan powder,golden Dahong,x273,Pete brown,Holy Spirit.The results provide a theoretical basis for parent selection in cross breeding.
