城市交叉口人非分流过街研究

摘　　要：为提升交叉口行人与非机动车过街通行环境,提高交叉口交通服务水平,改善城市慢行品质,对城市交叉口人非分流过街展开研究。首先,对交叉口设置人非分流过街的充分条件和必要条件进行分析,进而关注设置的必要条件,对人非分流过街设置的慢行需求条件进行定量分析,讨论当需要进行慢行过街优化的情况下,人非过街流量满足相应条件时需要设置人非分流过街。其次,对城市交叉口人非分流过街的设置形式等进行讨论,提出设置建议。最后,以厦门市湖滨东路-湖滨南路交叉口为例,对交叉口人非分流过街改造进行分析,探讨实际改造效果及存在的问题,为城市交叉口慢行过街改造提供参考。In order to improve the crossing environment of non-motorized traffic at urban intersection,the paper studied the pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle separate crossing.Firstly,analyze the the sufficient and necessary conditions of setting pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle separate crossing.Furthermore,focus on the necessary condition,and make a quantitative analysis of the non-motorized traffic demand for setting pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle separate crossing.Discuss the conditions of the pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle crossing flow to set up the pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle separate crossing,when it is necessary to optimize non-motorized traffic crossing.Secondly,discuss the setting mode and put forward the proposal.Finally,taking the intersection of Hubin East Road and Hubin South Road in Xiamen as an example,this paper analyzes the transformation of pedestrian and non-motorized-vehicle separate crossing,and discusses the actual effects and problems,so as to provide reference for the reconstruction of non-motorized traffic crossing at urban intersections.
