摘　　要：室内空气质量,是体现绿色建筑高性能和质量的重要内容之一。通过分析我国现行国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》中室内空气质量评价指标的要求、主要几类室内空气污染物的来源以及其影响因素,提出提升绿色建筑室内空气质量的措施方法。最后以一住宅户型为例,选取客厅及卧室做代表性房间,根据装修材料选用、通风、环境温度等因素,在设计阶段利用软件对室内空气污染物进行预评估,分析预测项目装修后,室内空气污染物的浓度是否满足相关标准要求的限值。Indoor air quality is one of the important content of green building high performance and quality,through the analysis of the current national standards of green building evaluation standards in the indoor air quality evaluation index requirements and the main source of indoor air pollutants and its influencing factors,put forward measures to improve green building indoor air quality.Finally,taking a residential house type as an example,the living room and bedroom are selected as representative rooms.According to the selection of decoration materials,ventilation,environmental temperature and other factors,the design stage is used to pre-evaluate the indoor air pollutants in the software,analyzes and predicts whether the concentration of indoor air pollutants after the project decoration meets the limits of relevant standards.
