摘　　要：针对通用规范实施后既有工业建筑加层改造结构设计中的常见难点,如结构检测鉴定要求、加固设计后续工作年限、新旧设计标准变化等,给出理解及建议,并以厦门某工业厂房加层结构加固设计为案例,总结提出构件-整体-构件三阶段的加固设计方法。This article provides understanding and suggestions on common difficulties encountered in the structural design of existing industrial buildings after the implementation of the general specifications for adding floors,such as requirements for structural inspection and appraisal,years of follow-up work in reinforcement design,changes in new and old design standards,etc.Taking the reinforcement design of an industrial factory building in Xiamen as a case study,a three-stage structural design method of component overall component is summarized and proposed.
