农村住宅安全性现状及加固方法探究

摘　　要：应国家《乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022年)》的要求,乡村住宅要向生态美丽宜居的方向发展。为此,乡村住宅的安全性需要给予足够的重视。目前,农村住宅安全性文献局限于区域性,缺乏对全国农村住宅安全性的研究。通过对既有农村住宅相关文献的分析、对比,对全国农村住宅的结构类型、安全性问题和加固方法进行探讨和分类总结。结果表明:北方地区的农村住宅以单层为主,南方地区的农村住宅以两层及以上为主;当农村住宅质量保证资金为居民纯收入的64%~70%时,住宅具备符合抗震要求的安全性能;全国农村住宅在住宅设计和施工质量上,存在普遍性问题。局部地区因气候、地理环境等原因,农村住宅存在地域性的特色问题;既有农村住宅的加固方法主要集中在圈梁、墙体和屋架;农村居民需增强抗震意识,并对住宅进行定期维护。According to the National Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),rural houses should be developed in the direction of ecological beauty and livable.For this reason,the security of country house needs to be paid enough attention.The existing literature on rural residential safety is limited to regional areas,and there is a lack of research on rural residential safety nationwide.Through the analysis and comparison of the existing rural housing related literature,the structural types,safety problems and reinforcement methods of rural housing in China are classified and summarized.The results show that the rural houses in the north are mainly single-storey,while the rural houses in the south are mainly two-storey or more.When the rural housing quality assurance fund is 64%~70%of the residents net income,the housing has the seismic safety performance;There are universal problems in the design and construction quality of rural residential buildings in China.In some areas,rural residential buildings have regional characteristics due to climate and geographical environment.The reinforcement methods of existing rural houses mainly focus on girders,walls and roof frames.Rural residents should enhance their awareness of earthquake resistance and maintain their houses regularly.
