摘  要:某高层办公楼高度约93 m,主体塔楼偏置于建筑底部四层大底盘平面的西北角部,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构。结构存在尺寸突变、楼板不连续、穿层柱、扭转不规则等多项不规则等问题,属于特别不规则超限高层建筑。建筑结构按照抗震三水准原则确定设防目标,通过对整体结构模型进行小震弹性分析、中震性能化验算和大震动力弹塑性分析,明确结构关键部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施,减少超限带来的不利影响。相应的关键问题分析,包括楼板应力分析、穿层柱屈曲分析和大震下结构的变形和损伤情况等。分析结果表明,设计采取的抗震措施充分有效,整体结构达到安全可靠的性能目标。The high-rise office building is about 93 meters heigh,the main tower is offset to the northwest of the four story large podium,and it is a reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure.There are multiple irregular structure items in the project including sudden change in size、discontinuous floor slab、cross-floor column and torsional deflection exceeded limiting value,therefore it is a special irregular out-of-code high-raise building.The corresponding fortification goal is decided on the principle of three levels of earthquake resistance,on the basis of clarifying the elastic analysis of frequently-occurred earthquake,performance based seismic design of fortification earthquake and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of rarely-occurred earthquake,the key parts of the structure are clarified through overall performance analysis,and targeted scismic strengthening measures were taken to reduce the seismic adverse effects caused by structure irregularities.Special targeted analysis were carried out for the structure,including floor stress analysis,buckling analysis of cross-floor columns,the deformation and damage of the structure under rarely-occurred earthquake.The analysis results show that the strengthening measures taken in the design are effective enough to make the structure reach the expected performance goal of safety,reliability and economy.
