钢结构柱脚连接与安装施工技术研究

摘　　要：通过结合工程实际案例,研究主楼钢结构柱脚连接位置设置于负一层楼板处,存在模板加固、钢柱安装、混凝土浇筑质量、成本造价等问题。通过深度剖析具体施工细节及控制要点,探讨采用首层钢结构柱外包式柱脚和精准定位预埋锚杆螺栓的方式将上部钢结构柱与地下室顶板混凝土进行连接,可以降低施工难度,提前工期和节约造价。This paper studies the problems of template reinforcement,steel column installation,concrete pouring quality,and cost in setting the connection position of themain building's steel structure column base at the negative first floor level through the combination of practical engineering cases.By deeply analyzing specific construction details and control points,this paper explores the use of external column bases for the first-floor steel structure columns and accurately positioned embedded anchor bolt screws to connect the upper steel structure columns with the basement roof concrete.This method can reduce construction difficulty,shorten construction period,and save costs.
