摘 要:为解决普通钢管混凝土中浇筑振捣困难、混凝土强度不达标等问题,以矿物掺合料、水胶比及膨胀剂为参数,对自密实混凝土配合比进行优化设计,并从中选取最优配合比,应用于漳州市行政服务中心建设项目钢管混凝土柱。结果表明,复掺10%粉煤灰和15%矿粉,能明显改善自密实混凝土的和易性,并降低自密实混凝土的干缩率;而掺入膨胀剂会降低自密实混凝土的和易性,但掺入6%膨胀剂,能够明显改善自密实混凝土的干缩率;选用S34M6F10K15作为钢管混凝土中自密实混凝土的配合比,能够满足漳州市行政服务中心建设项目工程需求。In order to solve the problems of difficult pouring and vibrating in ordinary concrete-filled steel tube and substandard concrete strength,the mix proportion of self compacting concrete is optimized with mineral admixture,water binder ratio and expansion agent as parameters,and the optimal mix proportion is selected and applied to the concrete-filled steel tube column of Zhangzhou administrative service center construction project.The results show that adding 10%fly ash and 15%mineral powder can significantly improve the workability of self compacting concrete and reduce the dry shrinkage of self compacting concrete;The workability of self compacting concrete will be reduced by adding expansion agent,but the dry shrinkage of self compacting concrete can be significantly improved by adding 6%expansion agent;Selecting S34M6F10K15 as the mix proportion of self compacting concrete in concrete-filled steel tubes can meet the engineering needs of the construction project of Zhangzhou administrative service center.
