摘 要:随着我国经济和信息化技术的快速增长,预制装配式桥梁逐渐向智能化、信息化方向发展。对于装配式桥梁施工现存在的构件“错漏碰缺”、施工进度与计划进度不一致、施工偏差等问题,提出“Revit+Dynamo”实现空间曲线建模,减少机械化建模形式,提高施工效率;将BIM技术和RFID结合起来,预制构件被赋予唯一的标签,实现信息共享以及对预制构件的追踪;通过BIM和3D扫描与VR技术相结合,对施工现场的误差进行纠正,将BIM、RFID、VR与3D扫描结合,实现对施工过程的现场控制、材料管理和安装纠偏,建立一个以BIM为基础的智能化管理平台,提高施工质量。With the rapid growth of economy and information technology in our country,prefabricated and assembled bridges are developing towards intelligentization and information technology.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of assembled bridge,such as“Missing and missing components”,the inconsistency between the construction schedule and the plan schedule,and the construction deviation,this paper puts forward“Revit+Dynamo”to realize the parameterized modeling,reduce mechanical modeling,improve construction efficiency,combine BIM technology and RFID,prefabricated components are given a unique label,information sharing and tracking of prefabricated components;Through the combination of BIM and 3D scanning technology,the errors of construction site are corrected,and the combination of BIM,RFID,VR and 3D scanning can realize on-site control,material management and installation rectification of construction process,build an intelligent management platform based on BIM to improve construction quality.
