摘 要:针对工业用地绿地率低、硬化比例高、坡屋顶较多的特点,以某科技园区为例,对城市工业用地海绵城市的设计要点进行探讨。综合考虑场地竖向、道路横坡、绿地分布、建筑雨落管可断接点位、场地雨水管网及排口等多方面因素,科学划分汇水分区,明确不同类型汇水分区的技术路线,对雨落管断接、雨水花园提出创新设计做法,计算雨水花园及蓄水池的调蓄规模,论证建设目标的可达性,为同类型项目的海绵城市设计提供参考。Aiming at the characteristics of industrial land such as low green space rate,high hardening ratio,and many sloping roofs,this paper discusses the design points of a sponge city for urban industrial land,taking a science and technology park as an example.Comprehensively consider various factors such as the vertical direction of the site,the cross slope of the road,the distribution of green space,the interruptible points of rainwater downpipes in buildings,the rainwater pipe network and drainage outlets in the site,scientifically divide the catchment areas,clarify the technical routes for different types of catchment areas,propose innovative design practices for rainwater downpipe disconnection and rainwater gardens,calculate the regulation and storage scale of rainwater gardens and reservoirs,and demonstrate the accessibility of construction goals,Provide reference for sponge city design of similar projects.
