东北民主联军航空学校建校初期教育教学问题研究

摘　　要：作为中国共产党建立的第一所航空学校,东北民主联军航空学校(即东北老航校)承载了中国共产党航空事业的梦想与使命。东北老航校在办学期间,由于客观条件的有限与内部人员构成的多样性,也曾引发了诸多矛盾,但最终都在中国共产党正确有效的处理下一一化解。概括而言,东北老航校办学中的矛盾解决方略主要包括三个方面:一是先进的思想文化建设与科学的组织原则;二是自强不息的奋斗精神;三是立足于客观实践的解决方略。As the first aviation school established by the CPC,the Northeast Democratic Allied Army Aviation School(i.e.the Northeast Old Aviation School)carries the dream and mission of the CPC’s aviation cause.During the school-running period,contradictions emerged in the Northeast Old Aviation School because of the limited objective conditions and the diversity of internal personnel,but these contradictions were finally resolved one by one by the CPC’s correct and effective handling.In summary,the strategies of resolving conflicts in the school-running period for the Northeast Old Aviation School mainly include three aspects:firstly,advanced ideological and cultural construction and scientific organizational principles;secondly,the spirit of continuous self-improvement and struggle;thirdly,a solution strategy based on objective practice.
