摘 要:留守儿童因缺少父母陪伴和引导,更易产生身体和心理问题。体育锻炼对身心健康有着十分重要的作用,而据调查显示,留守儿童参加校内外体育活动数量少、时间短,且缺乏系统教育和指导。基于此,文章分析了我国留守儿童校内外体育活动现状,探究影响其校内外体育活动开展的因素,并从发挥学校主体作用、完善学校教学设计、提供社会保障、改变家长思想观念四个维度探求留守儿童校内外体育活动的发展路径,形成学校、家庭、社会“三位一体”的教育合力,从而实现《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022)》要求的体育效果。Left-behind children are more prone to physical and psychological problems due to a lack of parental companionship and guidance.Physical exercise plays a very important role in physical and mental health,but according to the survey,left-behind children participate in a small number of physical activities on and off campus,for a short time,and lack systematic education and guidance.Based on this,this paper analyzes the present situation of left-behind children’s sports activities inside and outside school in China and explores the factors that affect their sports activities inside and outside school.The development path of left-behind children’s sports activities inside and outside school is explored from four dimensions:giving full play to the main role of the school,improving school’s teaching design,providing social security,and changing parents’ideas,forming an educational synergy of school,family,and society,so as to achieve the physical education effects required by the“Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022)”.
