摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸实验和电化学工作站等研究了不同Al含量对挤压态Mg-2.0Zn-0.4Mn-xAl(0≤x≤6.0 mass%)合金组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随Al含量的增加,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,第二相数量逐渐增多,合金的力学性能先增大后减小;当Al含量为4.0 mass%时,合金具有较好的力学性能,其抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率分别为253.7 MPa、231.6 MPa及19.7%。合金的耐腐蚀性能随Al含量的增加先增强后减弱,当Al量为4.0 mass%时,合金具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,其质量损失腐蚀速率和析氢腐蚀速率分别为0.931 mm/a和0.909 mm/a。Effect of different Al content on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of extruded Mg-2.0Zn-0.4MnxAl(0≤x≤6.0 mass%)alloys was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,tensile test and electrochemical workstation.The results show that with the increase of Al content,the grain size of the alloys decreases gradually,the number of the second phase increases gradually,and the mechanical properties of the alloys first increase and then decrease.When Al content is 4.0 mass%,the alloy has good mechanical properties,and its tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 253.7 MPa,231.6 MPa and 19.7%,respectively.The corrosion resistance of the alloys first increases and then decreases with the increase of Al content.When the Al content is 4.0 mass%,the alloy has good corrosion resistance,and its mass loss corrosion rate and hydrogen evolution corrosion rate are 0.931 mm/a and 0.909 mm/a,respectively.
