摘 要:采用不同硬度的铆钉(H1-42 HRC,H2-36 HRC和H3-33 HRC)及不同的铆接力对A5052铝合金与Q235低碳钢进行了自冲铆连接,测量了接头横断面上的各特征参量,并分析了其与铆钉硬度和铆接力的关系。研究了铆钉硬度和铆接力对接头抗剪载荷与十字抗拉载荷的影响。结果表明:随铆接力的增大,H1接头抗剪载荷逐渐增大,H2与H3接头抗剪载荷呈先增大后降低的变化趋势。当铆接力为24 kN时,H2和H3接头的抗剪载荷达到最大值,分别为6.29和5.75 kN。以接头的抗剪载荷与十字抗拉载荷为评价指标,铝合金与低碳钢自冲铆连接时采用H2铆钉(36 HRC)较合适。The self-piercing riveting connection between A5052 aluminum alloy and Q235 low-carbon steel was carried out using rivets with different hardness(H1-42 HRC,H2-36 HR and H3-33 HRC)and different riveting loads.The characteristic parameters on the cross section of the joints were measured,and their relationship with rivet hardness and riveting load was analyzed.The effects of rivet hardness and riveting load on the tensile shear load and cross tension load of the joints were studied.The results show that with the increase of riveting load,the tensile shear load of H1 joint gradually increases,and the tensile shear load of H2 and H3 joints shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the riveting load is 24 kN,the tensile shear loads of the H2 and H3 joints reach their maximum values of 6.29 and 5.75 kN,respectively.Using the tensile shear load and cross tension load of the joints as evaluation indicators,it is more suitable to use H2 rivets(36 HRC)for self-piercing riveting of aluminum alloy and low-carbon steel.
