摘　　要：基于双极工艺,设计了一种精确控制的功率运放输出级电路。该结构具有传统输出级结构高驱动能力、低输出电阻的优点,同时能够更加精确地控制静态电流,并实现精确的输出过流保护,因此特别适合用于对静态电流和短路保护电流有较高要求的功率运算放大器。A driver for precise controls is designed for power operational amplifiers based on bipolar process.This new structure,which not only has all advantages in traditional drivers such as high driving capability and low output resistance,but also provides preciser quiescent current and output current limit,is useful for the power amplifiers which are expected to be controlled precisely.
