摘　　要：半导体测试机是检测芯片功能和性能的专用设备,技术核心在于采样速率、向量深度、功能集成和可延展性。长期以来全球半导体测试机市场份额主要被美国TERADYNE和日本ADVANTEST垄断。伴随着半导体产业链向国内市场的转移,本土芯片设计公司以及封测厂商的崛起带来的半导体国产化替代加速,都为国产测试机发展带来巨大发展机遇。The semiconductor test machine is a special device for testing the function and performance of the chip.The core of the technology lies in the sampling rate,vector depth,function integration and scalability.For a long time,the global semiconductor tester market share is mainly monopolized by the United States'TERADYNE and Japan's ADVANTEST.With the transfer of the semiconductor industry chain to the domestic market,the acceleration of the localization of semiconductors brought about by the rise of local chip design companies and packaging and testing manufacturers has brought great development opportunities for the development of domestic test machines.
