摘　　要：随着国家铁路建设项目质量管理体系的完善和高铁建设影响力的增强,传统的试验检测管理模式已无法适应当前发展需要,施工单位试验室自检“减量、提质、保真”理念已深入人心,取消效率不足的监理项目部工地试验室提议也越来越强,进一步健全和规范第三方试验检测管理已迫在眉睫,探究铁路建设项目试验检测管理新模式,将有利于推动检测行业专业化管理和健康向好发展。As China improves its quality management system of railway projects and grows in high speed railway influence,the country’s old mode for testing,inspection and management cannot meet the current needs of development.With the concept of“items cut,quality improvement and data authenticity”,the self-inspection of the laboratory of construction contractor grows in popularity,while calls to cancel the inefficient on-site laboratory of the project supervisor grow.Therefore,it is urgent to further improve and standardize the third-party testing,inspection and management.In this sense,the exploration of a new mode of testing and inspection is conducive to the better management and the sound development of the testing industry.
