摘  要:针对轨道电路补偿电容设备在实际运用环境下使用寿命存在较大差异性的实际情况,开展基于可靠性理论的补偿电容失效规律分析。评估了不同分布模型对补偿电容失效数据统计特征的适应性,选取拟合程度最好的三参数威布尔分布模型,对外界环境影响下的补偿电容失效率进行分析。结果表明:(1)在相同室外使用条件下,不同批次补偿电容的失效规律存在差别,可能与设备质量或安装工艺有关;(2)采用壁挂式安装方式的补偿电容设备更易受外界影响,补偿电容退化速度更快;(3)寒冷地区气温变化导致的冰雪凝结、融化过程,会对补偿电容设备产生不利影响。现场运维单位应根据补偿电容失效规律,对补偿电容失效较多的时间及区域加大检查力度,有侧重性地开展运维工作,以提升工作质量与效率。In view of the fact that the service life of track circuit compensation capacitor equipment varies largely in different actual application environment,this paper analyzes the law of failure of compensation capacitor based on reliability theory.The adaptability of different distribution models to the statistical characteristics of compensation capacitor failure data is evaluated,and a three-parameter Weibull distribution model with the best fitting degree is selected to analyze the failure rate of compensation capacitor under external environment.The results show that:(1)Under the same outdoor use conditions,there are differences in the law of failure of different batches of compensation capacitors,which may be related to equipment quality or installation process;(2)Compensation capacitor equipment installed on the wall is more vulnerable to external influence,and the degradation speed of compensation capacitor is faster;(3)The freezing and melting process of ice and snow caused by temperature change in cold areas will adversely affect the compensation capacitor equipment.The on-site operation and maintenance forces shall,according to the law of failure of compensation capacitors,strengthen the inspection during the time when and at the area where compensation capacitors fail more frequently,and carry out targeted O&M to improve work quality and efficiency.
